Green by Nature was a proud sponsor of the recent PLA QLD Technical Tour breakfast, sparking discussion on designing sustainable communities.

After a successful awards night, the breakfast drew over 50 attendees to explore the integration of nature into our built environments. Sarah Chalkley, from Sunshine Coast Council, led a captivating discussion on designing communities that live in harmony with the natural world, which sparked engaging conversation among the audience.

Sean Winterflood, who hosted for us at Green by Nature, expressed his enthusiasm about the event, stating, “We always take so much out of our time working with the PLA, there is so much support for the industry, great collaboration between like-minded people. I could have sat there for another hour listening to all the valuable ideas, thoughts, and innovations that Sarah and the Sunshine Coast Council have when planning for the future of the region and the inevitable growth that is to come.”

We also extend our deepest gratitude to Parks and Leisure Australia QLD Region for organising such an informative and engaging event.
