Alan joined Green by Nature as Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team in July 2026.

Alan brings more than two decades of experience in M&A, corporate development, and strategy. He was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at Nexon Asia Pacific, and before that spent over seven years as General Manager, Corporate Development and Strategy at The NRMA, where he built the organisation’s M&A playbook and led its acquisition program. Earlier, as Head of M&A and Strategy at REA Group, he drove the company’s international expansion across Asia and the United States.

Alan began his career in investment banking, spending close to ten years at Goldman Sachs, where he rose to Executive Director and advised clients on corporate transactions across Australia, the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Alan holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and Bachelor of Laws / Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.
